Job Opening: Field Inventory Specialist
Location : Piedmont, SC
Job Type : Full-Time, Temp to Hire
Compensation : $19.79/hr
Overview :
We are seeking a Field Inventory Specialist to join our team for the RDOF program . In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the incoming and outgoing flow of materials, ensuring accurate inventory records, and maintaining an efficient inventory management system. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and possess a continuous-improvement mindset.
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring all materials are properly tracked.
Perform regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
Assist with physical inventories as needed.
Receive material shipments from vendors and handle material transfers.
Issue materials to subcontractors as required.
Follow safety standards and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Required Skills :
Strong ability to prioritize and manage workflow effectively.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable standing and working outdoors for long periods.
Proficiency in basic computer programs for data entry.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Experience with Inventory or WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) software.
RF Scanner experience
Qualifications :
Previous inventory management or field operations experience is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work well in both independent and team settings.

Pay Details: $19.79 per hour
