Scheurer Hospital, a critical access rural hospital, is looking for a casual Patient Access Representative. 

Responsibilities

• Providing empathetic and professional customer service
• Directing patients to desired location
• Assisting/Performing registration duties
• Assist with Quality Reports
• Answering switchboard phone

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous office experience
• Previous customer service experience
• Experience using the internet
