BDO USA, P.C. seeks Administration Services Manager in Pittsburgh, PA. 

JOB DUTIES: Responsible for managing Administration Service Coordinators (ASC), Administration Assignment Groups, and for processing, disseminating, maintaining, and tracking the flow of incoming administrative requests in the assurance line of business. Review assignments to ensure tickets are completed timely, address issues, and provide feedback to the Process and Implementation Senior Managers. Direct the scheduling of administrative assignments for incoming tickets based on skill level, industry knowledge, experience, and availability. Manage and analyze quality logs and recommend process improvements to avoid recurrence of quality issues. Create, develop, and maintain a high level of client service including supporting resolution of escalation and communicating significant internal and external client issues with local BDO offices.Processes: Tracking, logging, storing, and scheduling of incoming requests, quality review process, and planning of current and future staffing needs. Equipment and Systems: Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Adobe, DocuSign, and internal BDO ServiceNow software program. Projects: Managing Administration Service Supervisors, Coordinators (ASC), Administration Assignment Groups, and processing, disseminating, maintaining, and tracking the flow of incoming administrative requests. Specifically focused on BDO Core Assurance DocuSign Ticket, Core Assurance Client On-Boarding Ticket, and BDO Workpaper Review Ticket. Products: Deliverables that follow BDO standard format and client service support. Areas, Fields, and Industries: The ASM will work in the Administration department, supporting various internal clients and ensuring operational excellence with a heavy focus on Core Assurance support. The role involves collaboration with different departments, including Marketing, IT, Core Assurance and Risk Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered, or as an Assurance Supervisor, as an Audit Senior, or related.

Must have experience in each of the following skills: Ledger reconciliation; GAAP; SOX; Microsoft Office products, including Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Adobe PDF; and Using various assurance applications and research tools.
