The Allegheny Health Network (AHN) is recruiting a full-time Chief of Medical Breast Oncology to join our team located in Pittsburgh, PA .

Job Duties
The selected candidate will lead the Breast Medical Oncology program.
The physician will assist in leading a diverse team of professionals including breast medical oncologists, surgeons, radiation oncologists, pathologists, and radiologists.
Responsibilities include inpatient and outpatient care, clinical/translational research, education, and mentorship of medical students, residents, and fellows.
Coordinate patient care plans for breast patients requiring both SOC and protocol-driven therapeutic interventions.
Developing robust clinical, translational, quality initiatives and basic science research programs in a collaborative, state-of-the-art academic environment including cooperative groups. Dedicated research time, and clinical trial research team are available on site.
Job Qualifications
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Medical Oncology
Pennsylvania License upon hire
PhD/MD Graduate of accredited medical school with degree of Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
Completion of accredited residency and fellowship if required by specialty
Current PA MD licensure in good standing; current unrestricted DEA certificate
