Job Summary:
We are hiring for our front-line support team to ensure our customers receive great service. We are looking for a committed, compassionate person to help connect people to life. Our front-line support team interacts over the phone, in person, or by email. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for providing great customer service by responding to requests and providing information. We are a hub for specialized transportation and information in Allegheny County.
Skills/Requirements
High School Diploma
At least one-year experience in a customer service call center or equivalent experience
Knowledge of Allegheny County geography, major road networks and travel times
Basic Computer skills with the ability to learn a new program
Desire to help and support people
Critical thinking/problem solving
High level of motivation with the ability to operate under minimal supervision
Detail oriented with ability to maintain a variety of complex records and to prepare reports.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to identify and understand problems and to determine the appropriate measures to solve problems.
Ability to deal patiently and friendly with external customer problems and complaints and remain courteous when faced with a difficult or angry customer.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant procedures
Document information accurately
Complete all tasks before or on the due date
Communicate verbally and in writing with attention to details
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer
Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds at times

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Shift: 8-hour shift – 8:30 – 4:30
Weekly day range: Monday to Friday
