We're seeking a future team member for the role of Production Services Support to join our Technology Services team. This role is located in either Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, Florida, and follows a hybrid work approach (3 days in office, 2 days work from home). In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Provide support and manage the bank network infrastructure components such as router, switches, wireless, firewalls, web proxies, load-balancers and DNS. Maximize the use of toolsets to identify technical issues and performance problems on any type of media resources. Resolve faults and failures. Lead root cause analysis and apply necessary solutions. Act as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for any technical type of queries. Remediate vulnerabilities across a wide range of Video/Network Technology services.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred 8 - 10 years of related infrastructure experience required Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus. Extensive hands-on network implementation and troubleshooting experience. Hands-on experience with network monitoring, diagnostic and analytics tools. Solid understanding with BGP routing protocols. Cisco CCNP or equivalent knowledge.
