Project Manager II
Job Summary
Oversees all aspects of planning, design, and execution of multiple, small routine projects or a moderately complex project. Assists in developing timelines and ensures adherence to deadlines. Manages financial aspects of projects and other administrative duties. Handles external correspondence and drafts reports and other communications.
Essential Functions
Additional duties include:
consenting and enrolling patients, compilation and distribution of study progress reports, to the study team and funders;
coordination of quality control and data safety and monitoring;
direct involvement in recruitment and data collection;
organization of research team meetings and the execution of planned projects;
independently develops and maintains Standard Operating Procedures manual for the study;
frequent collaboration with PI, co-investigators and research team which includes other therapists, surgeons, nurses, physician's assistants, front desk staff, medical assistances, statisticians, and data analysts;
coordinating the collection of biological samples, including blood and tissue, in phlebotomy areas, inpatient units, and the radiation procedures unit.
travel to other oncology clinics
Assisting with managing patient emergencies (e.g., suicidal ideation)

Sitting for long periods of time.
