Lead Lead Roof Repair Technician

R&B Roofing and Remodeling is looking for a Lead Roof Repair Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the longevity and integrity of our client's roofs. You will be responsible for leading a crew in repairing and maintaining lead roofs, as well as providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair leaks and other problems in lead roof systems
• Install and replace  roof flashing and other components
• Conduct thorough roof inspections and provide detailed reports to clients
• Train and mentor less experienced crew members on proper lead roof repair techniques
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and tools
• Provide excellent customer service and build trust with clients
• Complete paperwork and documentation accurately

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in lead roof repair
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team
• Strong understanding of lead roofing systems and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Valid driver's license
• A+ customer service skills
