Responsibilities:

• Streamline the Order to Delivery (OTD) invoicing process to enhance efficiency

• Review and verify the accuracy of customer invoices on a weekly and monthly basis

• Maintain and update invoice blanks, creating new invoices for customers when necessary

• Ensure the accuracy of the Monthly Revenue Report before submission

• Conduct regular meetings with the administrative assistant to discuss financial matters

• Handle garnishment and tax inquiries, directing them to the appropriate parties when necessary

• Assist in the completion of employee payroll requests, including garnishment and unemployment requests

• Compare and verify customer payments with invoices to ensure consistency

• Review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Utilize QuickBooks for various accounting tasks such as journal entries and month-end close.

Requirements • Hold a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Staff Accountant role or similar

• Demonstrated proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Strong experience in performing Bank Reconciliations

• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with General Ledger

• Proven ability to prepare and record Journal Entries

• Experience with Month End Close procedures

• Proficiency in using QuickBooks software
