Job Title: General Laborer

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated General Laborers to join our team. The successful candidates will work alongside our skilled masons, assisting with site cleanup, mud mixing, moving materials, and more. This is a full-time, year-round position with opportunities for advancement to Mason or Operator roles within 1-3 years, potentially earning $100K+.

Responsibilities

• Assist masons with various tasks

• Perform site cleanup and ensure the site is tidy

• Mix mud and mortar as needed

• Move and transport materials around the site

• Handle heavy lifting, up to 60-70 pounds

Essential Skills

• Experience in general labor or construction

• Ability to perform job site cleanup

• Comfortable with heavy lifting

• Basic knowledge of tools and materials used in masonry

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in hardscaping or landscaping is a plus

• Completion of Safety training, Scaffold training, and OSHA 10 on the first day

• Ability to bring and use required tools (work boots, tool belt, tape measure, straight claw hammer)

Work Environment

You will be working in the field 100% of the time, reporting directly to the site. Our projects include schools, apartment complexes, fire stations, condos, and more, located in areas such as Derry, Dover, Portsmouth, Manchester, Kittery, Hanover, and Concord. On your first day, you will complete safety and scaffold training and will need to bring specific tools and attire.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plaistow, New Hampshire.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00/hr.
