Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our customers team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Project Manager by coordinating logistics, scheduling resources, and ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders. You will work with a variety of software tools, including Sales Force (SFDC), Work Front PMO System, SAP 4.7, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint to streamline our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to establish schedules and allocate resources efficiently.

  • Maintain and update essential systems, including Sales Force (SFDC), Work Front PMO System, SAP 4.7, Microsoft Office and SharePoint

  • Handle invoicing tasks within SAP 4.7 and ensure accurate financial transactions

  • Contact customers to obtain access information and coordinate resource availability

  • Provide regular status updates to both internal and external stakeholders

  • Maintain and update Teams and SharePoint trackers for enhanced project management.

  • Upload closeout documentation to SFDC and Work Front

  • Assist with the submission of invoicing documentation

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED equivalent

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service role

  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams

  • Demonstrated results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering on commitments and follow through
