Senior level Data Network Engineer experience
BGP Routing Protocols
Security Firewall Experience with Palo Alto OR Asa Firewalls.
Integration, implementation, config, and level 3 support.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Network Engineer is responsible for all phases of network infrastructure, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting. Support of users, Help Desk, and System team members while serving as the escalation point for infrastructure issues. Perform enterprise network security operations and support wired and wireless connectivity.
• Implement network design and security requirements based on business strategies and requirements. Meets with the stakeholders to gather data about the business needs of a project.
• Work with the Sr. Network Engineer developing requirements for LAN, WAN, VPN, Wireless, routers, switches, firewalls, and related security and network devices.
• Implement network technologies meeting best practices in security and network design. Configure, install and troubleshoot new and existing infrastructure to support the enterprise. Escalate technical troubleshooting issues.
• Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Update job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging security practices and standards, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $110.00
