As a Product Delivery and Analytics Solutions- Vice president, you will uphold the highest standards of data accuracy, completeness and transparency is mission critical to JPMorgan Chase External Reporting Controllers. You will play a key role in managing reporting that is materially accurate, complete, and timely for external data filings required to comply and fulfill regulatory, financial, external, and legal obligations which impact critical bank filings/submissions. You will be responsible for developing and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in addition to maintaining documentations on data governance and change control procedures. You will work closely with business owners, other products, cross-functional teams, including developers, design / architecture, and data owner, to ensure successful product delivery.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and management of regulatory data and external reporting services

  • Collaborate and work closely with stakeholders to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals

  • Manage product backlog and ensure timely delivery of product and reporting requirements

  • Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights to create reports or provide recommendations

  • Collaborate with Controls, Risk, Compliance, and Business Owners to understand data requirements, ensure data quality, and support strategic decision and delivery of regulatory data demands

  • Serve as a reporting or data subject matter expert for banking operations such as mortgage lending, credit cards, auto, and/or small businesses

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Product Owner, Reporting and Data Analytics, or similar role

  • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and principles

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and strong leadership skills

  • Experienced data solutions and technology tools such as SQL, Alteryx, Python, AWS

  • Lead and manage projects

  • Ability to adjust and be flexible to change by adapting approach when necessary

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Preferred experience in financial industry services

  • Strong business analytics background

  • Self-starter with strong critical thinking and problem solver

  • Professional scrum product owner

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
