As a Product Manager in Talent Acquisition, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. In this role, you will work as an individual contributor to set the vision and strategy, gather and analyze data, prioritize features on a roadmap, collaborate cross-functionally, and analyze product performance.
Job responsibilities
Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
Defines and drives the product vision and strategy for customer lifecycle management, focusing on acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty
Collaborates with technical teams to design and implement integration solutions using APIs and other technologies.
Works closely across tech and non-tech teams to ensure successful product development and launch
Gathers and analyzes customer feedback, requirements production incidents and data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement
Leads the development and execution of AI-driven product strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs
Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and design, to deliver innovative AI solutions
Manages the end-to-end product lifecycle for vendor and non-vendor based solutions, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch analysis
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience with agile development methodologies and tools including Jira
Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences
Expertise in AI talent matching and algorithm optimization for talent recommendations and the ability to stay current with advancements in AI technologies and industry best practices
Knowledge of APIs, cloud based solutions and work-flows to design, integrate and implement seamless integrations with third-party platforms and services
Experience overseeing data movement and integration processes, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance
Demonstrated understanding of SaaS technologies with the ability to effectively transpose technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Experience in developing and implementing personalization strategies
Experience in working with vendor and non-vendor based product solutions
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple goals simultaneously
Knowledge of UX principles to ensure that personalization efforts enhance the overall user experience
