Who We’re Looking For

Toyota Financial Services (TFS) Data & Technology (D&T) team is looking for a highly motivated, dynamic and experienced person to fill a role as a Sr. Analyst , Talent Engagement .

This role will play a critical part in supporting our technical talent engagement strategy and assisting in managing programs aimed at attracting, recruiting, and retaining top-tier technical talent. This role will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR & TA partners, and business leaders to understand talent needs and execute effective strategies aligned with the company's goals.

What you’ll be doing

  • Responsible for the D&T internship program, including coordinatingand managingCollege Program partnership, communications with managers and interns, onboarding, intern engagement activities, and continuous program evaluation.

  • Partner and act as a liaison with D&T leadership and function leads to understand resource requirements and allocation needs.

  • Partner with hiring managers, HRBA, & TA to understand talent needs, skill and/or competency gaps, workforce planning, and strategic priorities to develop a resourcestrategy.

  • Partner with TA on a comprehensive technical recruiting event strategy aligned with D&T’s talent acquisition goals and business objectives.

  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to maximize outreach and participation in non-core and core college recruiting events while building strong relationships with educational institutions including program directors, professors and students.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build, enhance, and maintain employer branding efforts and compelling messaging to attract top talent to D&T. Co-create and maintainevent marketing materials, including flyers, banners, promotional items, and digital content, to attract attendees and promote D&T’s employer brand and changing hiring needs.

  • Collect, update and track accurate headcount data (open positions, new hires, transfers, etc.) across all D&Tteams for recruitment activities. Maintain capacity model and tools.

  • In partnership with Talent Acquisition Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure resource utilization and effectiveness.

  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis into specific resource management matters. Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders within D&T.

  • Manage the evaluation areas of improvement related to talent management resource processes and methodologies for ACCESS. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate data collection, and enhance reporting capabilities.

  • Ensure best practices, recruitment efficiencies, and hiring processes established by TFS Leadership team are being followed to ensurea positive candidate experience, high quality hires, with speed to fill.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 7+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing and event management.

  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful recruiting events, including university and career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple recruiting projects simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines and budget constraints.

  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment while also independently driving initiatives forward.

  • Up to 20% travel required.
