JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - $19 pay rate

Perform electro-mechanical production assembly work according to engineering drawings, product specifications and quality standards. Assembler is responsible for his/her own quality of work and must meet company and ISO standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must be safety conscious.

• Must be able to read assembly drawings.

• Must have mechanical skills.

• Must have advanced knowledge of the use of hand tools.

• Must be self-motivated.

• Must be able to work independently with no guidance.

• Must be able to follow written work instructions/procedures.

• Must have good communication skills.

• Must be able to acquire materials for specific tasks.

• Must be willing to adapt to change.

• Must be able to complete task on time.

• Must be able to be part of a TEAM.

• Must be able to interpret quality requirements.

• Must be able be able to lift 40 lbs.

• Must be able to work onsite and be able to stand for up to 8 hours a day minimum

• Must successfully pass initial and random drug screenings.

• Must have Advanced computer skills (Microsoft office).

• Oracle skills

• Must have basic understanding of electrical test equipment (megger, hi-pot, multi-meter, etc…)

• Must be able to read electrical schematics

• Must be able to read pneumatic diagrams

• Must be detail oriented.

• Must wear required personal protective equipment.

• Must be able to train new employees in accordance with work standards/instructions

• Other duties as assigned

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATION

EDUCATION:

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required

EXPERIENCE:

• 1 to 3 years of relevant manufacturing and/or assembly experience preferred

• Ability to read blueprints and schematics

• Ability to use hand and pneumatic tools

• Ability to crimp, perform soldering procedures, assemble wire harnesses, etc.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $27.66 per hour
