They support expected activities related to Quality. This position will be responsible for ensuring that product follows QMS, ISO 9001/AS9100 and conforms with customer requirements.In a typical day, your expertise:- Performs Quality Inspection including raw material and consumables- Performs 3D Scanning and Dimensional Control operations- Performs Quality Control activities, including visual inspection of printed preform, sonic machined and final machined products- Performs internal calibrations- Creates Final product CoCs- Performs trend analysis, in support of dimensional control activities- Resolves and/or documents issues arising from inspections- Safely operates material handling equipment, including forklift, pallet jack, etc.- Proposes improvements to increase profitability, competitiveness, reliability, quality, safety, etc.- Adheres to and promotes applicable Policies, Procedures, Safety Rules & Regulations and Security Guidelines- Other duties and responsibilities as required for the successful operation of business(This position will have access to technology and/or software source code that is subject to U.S. export controls.
