Schluter Systems Lp/UMS Manufacturing Travel and Event Administrative Support in Plattsburgh, New York
As a Travel and Event Administrative Support Specialist, this person shall be a member of the Administration Team. This position will provide administrative support to the Travel and Events team while they coordinate events, assist in travel arrangements for guests and employees, and provide general administrative assistance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide general administrative assistance to management Answer and route telephone calls as secondary switchboard operator Assist in the set up and break down of employee, guest and company events, as well as provide any support needed during the event Assist with on-site catering, including set up and break down Review travel associated invoices and statements for accuracy Research and resolve all incorrect charges with respect to entire travel program Schedule, organize and monitor use and maintenance of company vehicles Electronic and paper filing Provide back up to travel booking, as needed Handle special projects assigned by management As a Schluter Systems L.P. employee, they will represent the company in a professional and enthusiastic manner at all times Requirements
High school diploma required, associates degree preferred Must be able to problem solve Must be organized High attention to detail Effective communicator verbally and written
