THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE & BODYWORK Front End Office Coordinator 27 hours/ week in PLEASANT GROVE, Utah

Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork on quaint Main Street in Pleasant Grove is looking for our next remarkable team member for our front-end department who will enjoy spending their days in support of our amazing clients, massage therapists, and doctor by answering client calls, scheduling treatments, checking clients in and out for scheduled appointments, and supporting our treatment team for a seamless client experience.

Our front-end client care coordinator plays a key role in every client having the most incredible therapeutic massage, float therapy, and chiropractic care experiences!

Roles & Responsibilities:

Our front-end client care coordinator directly reports to our Human Resources Administrator Manager, Michele, and works closely with our Licensed Massage Therapist team, other front-desk associates, our billing team, and our on-site Physician. We truly work as a team!

  • Coordinating and performing all administrative tasks related to providing excellent client service.
  • Coordinating and performing all administrative duties and daily activities to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Coordinating and performing a variety of tasks related to providing an amazing client experience.
  • Coordinating and recommending services and self-care tools/ products as part of an excellent customer experience

Skills & Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience in a leadership role
  • 1+ years experience with any retail, restaurant, or service industry positions
  • Knowledge of Google Apps, cloud-based programs, and a basic understanding of Mac OS
  • Excellent phone skills and verbal communication
  • Professional writing skills and legible handwriting
  • Ability to navigate spreadsheets
  • Mathematically inclined (basic addition, subtraction, percentage calculation)
  • Ability to perform light cleaning duties
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach overhead
  • Willingness to fill in where needed
  • Process-driven; excellent at follow-up activities
  • Ability to balance company policies and good customer service
  • Tech/ software savvy
  • Positive & Creative problem-solving skills

Hours: 27 Hours/week

Training: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10 am - 4:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Schedule starting Day 8: Mondays 2:45 pm - 7:45 pm, Tuesdays 9:00 am - 4:45 pm, Wednesdays (2x/month for meetings - typically between 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm, Thursdays 9:00 am - 4:15 pm, Alternating Saturdays 10:15 am - 4:45 pm

 

Compensation & Benefits

Training Pay:

$10/ hour

Regular Pay:

$11/ hour + Product sales commissions + Gratuities (tips).

Opportunity to earn $13 base per hour upon training pass-off.

Opportunity to earn $15 base per hour upon level 3 training pass-off.

 

Bonus Opportunities:

Performance-based Profit Sharing & Sales Bonuses

 

Job Type: Part-time

 

Expected hours: 21 -- 27 per week
