Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounting Specialist at our Pleasant Hill, California location. This role is situated within the financial services industry and involves handling a variety of accounting functions. As an Accounting Specialist, you will be tasked with utilizing accounting software systems and executing tasks related to Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems for various financial tasks

• Handle accounting functions regularly to maintain financial integrity

• Oversee and manage Accounts Payable (AP) processes

• Monitor and control Accounts Receivable (AR) operations

• Efficiently use ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning system for managing business processes

• Work with ADP - Automatic Data Processing for financial services

• Manage transactions and expenses through Concur software

• Operate Ceridian software for human resources and management purposes

• Maintain accurate financial records and respond to inquiries promptly

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory for this role.

• Demonstrable experience in handling various Accounting Functions is required.

• Must possess strong knowledge and experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP).

• Proficient in handling Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, collections, and reporting.
