ManpowerGroup Warehouse Manager in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin

Our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Warehouse Manager People Leader to join their team. As a Warehouse Manager People Leader, you will be part of the manufacturing logistics and supply team supporting the delivery of essential medicines. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent project management abilities, and a keen attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Lead and co-lead moderately complex projects, managing time and resources effectively.

  • Apply skills and discipline knowledge to contribute to departmental work and resolve moderately complex problems independently.

  • Guide operational teams in project management, prepare resource forecasts, and identify areas for improvement in products, processes, or services.

  • Drive ongoing process improvement and efficiency in supply chain operations, monitoring inventory shelf-life.

  • Communicate demand and supply issues, perform root cause analysis of inventory deviations, and resolve shipment issues using ERP systems.

What's Needed?

  • Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 2 years of experience; OR a PhD with 0+ years of experience; OR an associate's degree with 8 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience.

  • Demonstrated expertise in project management and leading cross-functional teams.

  • Relevant experience in Supply and Logistics management, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry or similar sectors.

  • Proficiency in both written and verbal English.

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
