Description

My client is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Assistant Project Manager. This role supports the successful execution of fire alarm system projects, ensuring safety, compliance, and client satisfaction from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

• Assist the Project Manager with planning, coordinating, and managing fire alarm system projects.

• Help organize project logistics, including scheduling, material procurement, and documentation.

• Track progress to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.

• Serve as a key communicator with internal teams, vendors, and clients to address project requirements.

• Facilitate inspections, testing, and final closeout procedures.

• Maintain well-organized project files for seamless workflow across all phases.

• Assist in identifying and resolving challenges during the project lifecycle.

• Ensure adherence to safety standards, codes, and regulations.

  Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• The ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• A proactive, team-oriented mindset.

• Familiarity with fire alarm systems or construction project management (a plus, but not required).
