As the Technology Strategy and Ops Leader, you will be responsible for the CloroxPro BU Technology Stack Strategy, governance, & operations. You will provide guidance to a team responsible for data governance, compliance, and analytical support for the CloroxPro Business Unit (B2B Business of the Clorox Company). This team will be the engine that helps run the business and sets it up for continued growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring CloroxPro technology stack sufficiency for current and future needs to enable B2B Growth, and appropriately integrated with Enterprise. You will also lead a direct team and an indirect team to deliver on technology requirements. Specific responsibilities include:
Tech Stack Strategy, Management & Budget Oversight:
Owns the Clorox Pro Technology Stack & Budget and runs the CloroxPro Tech Stack Community of Practice.
Responsible for development and implementation of a technology strategy that aligns with the CPro’s business objectives.
Responsible for integration & future need mapping of CloroxPro Needs. Liaison with other CloroxPro Teams and Enterprise Plans (Vista (ERP), Exceedra, Forge, etc) to drive integration between Clorox Enterprise and CloroxPro
Lead connectivity with Clorox Enterprise, EDT, CX and IT for CloroxPro technology needs and workflows. Understands technical capability landscape and mapping future needs (technology roadmap)
Oversees team who is responsible for maintenance of CloroxPro technology platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools), including support and structure when converting to and implementing new platforms and products (e.g, AI, Exceedra, Forge)
Data Strategy, Management & Governance Oversight
Responsible for ensuring reporting needs can be delivered across the Business Unit with clear, established priorities based on business impact
Ensure data integrity, governance and integration across all systems. Responsible for CloroxPro data fabric and connectivity to all relevant data sources
Ensure governance and compliance around data and reporting (e.g., powerBI, ) within CloroxPro and connects with enterprise data governance
Contributes to CloroxPro Culture, Provides Managerial oversight for Data Manager (s) and Analyst (s)
- Advances team capabilities and drives integration with Sales Ops
What we look for:
Experience Required:
10+ years B2B IT industry experience
Rev Ops experience
CRM capability (e.g., D365)
Experience with MDM tool. Preferred Stibo
Familiarity with Agile methodology for the delivery of technology projects. Ex. Kanban, Scrum Teams
Skills and abilities required:
Strategic thought leadership & ability to bridge between business and technical objectives
Strong technical understanding; roadmap & visionary
Ability to create system and data flows based on system architectural principles
Analytical Thought Leadership: data governance, transforming data into insights & action
Change Management and /or Project Management Skills
Team management and development; strong coaching skills
Adaptability & strong interpersonal skills

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $144,200 - $289,900
–Zone B: $132,200 - $265,700
–Zone C: $120,200 - $241,600

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
