We are looking for a Project Engineer who will co-create the growth and productivity investment agenda in Mondelez Biscuits factory in Plonsk. We’re looking for a Project Engineer who will be focused in process machinery (ingredients handling, mixing, processing, baking) and packaging machinery (flowwrappers, casepackers, palletisers etc.)
Key responsibilities and scope:
Being a leader of the Project Management Office, responsible for the key projects in plant investment road map
Performing the overall day-to-day management of multiple project / tasks to ensure that project objectives are achieved within time/cost/quality constraints
Managing the large scale projects (budget over $10 MM) from end-to-end in engineering stream of the project in areas of responsibility.
Leading the other Project Engineers in daily basis, who are a part of the Technical Project stream
Interacting daily with the internal clients to interpret their needs and requirements during all project phases
Performing the overall control of the work (budget control, timeschedule control, resources control, commissioning and verification control) and report regularly on project status;
Managing the external contractors working on site and ensuring they following Mdlz safety standards and procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering / process engineering / food industry and/or project management is preferred
At least 3-5 year of work experience in project management is required
Project Management experience (in large scale projects) is required
Industrial project experience is required
Previous experience in leading, motivating and engaging teams preferred
Communicative level of Polish is required
Written and spoken English to a professional business level is a must
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma
Ability to work independently and drive results critical
Working experience with multinational teams and stakeholders is an asset
