JOB REQUIREMENTS: VFW Post 10262 a non-profit organization located in Plover, Wisconsin is seeking a half-time person to oversee the day-to-day operations of its Canteen. The Canteen Manager hires, trains and manages bar staff, communicates with vendors and outside contractors, balances cash to cash register totals, attends monthly meetings and performs numerous other management duties. Responsibilities: Maintain inventory Advertise promotions at the Post Hire, train and schedule bar staff Enforce safety rules Create Drink specials Ensure cleanliness Balance Point of Sale cash registers daily, make weekly bank deposits, and empty video machines as scheduled.
