Job Description

Robert Bosch LLC seeks Process, Methods and Tools Coach (Multiple Positions) at its facility located at 15000 Haggerty Road, Plymouth, MI 48170.

• Develop and improve engineering processes (ASPICE scope) with focus on optimization and usability of process library.

• Coordinate software development tools improvement activities based on project and process needs.

• Coach the field of process, methods and tools for product development teams who are responsible for advanced development activities such as communication modules that enable autonomous driving/advanced driver assistance systems, next generation connectivity modules including OTA update abilities, automotive electronics gateway and body controller products.

• Coach project teams in the implementation of processes and best practices to achieve quality goals and operational efficiency.

• Work in an international team, including remote coaching and collaborate with global cross-functional teams for continuous process improvement and standardization.

Qualifications

• This position requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or a related field, plus 5 years of experience as Sr Software Engineer, Sr Systems Engineer, Sr SW EPQ, or related occupation involving the complete Software Development Life Cycle.

• Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) Creating, implementing, and testing automotive ECU Software; (2) Verification and validation tools; (3) Complete Software Development Life Cycle; (4) Software development, testing and management tools such as RTC, DOORS/DNG, Rhapsody, RQM, Static Analysis or Unit testing tools; and (5) Software Architecture methodologies and Software Design Principles.

• Telecommuting: Hybrid; 1- 2 days in office .

• Travel Requirements: 20% domestic and international travel required.
