DOMINIUM MANAGEMENT SERVICES LLC Construction Accounting Coordinator - Remote in Plymouth, Minnesota

POSITION SUMMARY: This position provides specialized administrative support to the Development team. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, processing payables, collaborating with internal and external parties, preparing and tracking lien waivers, and supporting construction draws. The Accounting Coordinator will collaborate, problem solve, and engage with individuals at all levels while providing outstanding customer service to our internal and external customers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Perform Accounts Payable functions for development and construction invoices Gathers the appropriate approvals Processes and distributes checks for signatures Maintains and stores up to date invoices Reconciles vendor accounts Prepares and tracks lien waivers Scans invoices into software Pulls canceled checks for draw documentation Provides customer service by responding to inquiries from customers (internal & external) Maintain timely and regular attendance Handles various special projects as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: 2 year Accounting Degree or equivalent work experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to compile information and calculate basic mathematical formulas accurately Experience with Microsoft Office, accounting software experience preferred Excellent problem-solving skills Must reside in one of the following states: AL; AR; AZ; CA; CO; CT; FL; GA; IA; ID; IL; IN; KS; LA; MA; MD; MI; MN; MO; MS; MT; NC; NE; NM; NV; OH; OK; OR; PA; SC; SD; TN; TX; UT; VA; WA; or WI.
