Job Description

Management and organization of the production team (fitters, locksmiths, welders, CNC programmers, etc.)

Work in 2-shift operation

Responsibility for fulfilling the production plan within the available resources and their effective use

Supervision of compliance with OHS

Reporting the fulfillment of indicators and managing data in MS Excel and ERP system

Maintaining the required level of product quality and ensuring that the quality policy is understood and applied by subordinates

Resolving accidental events

Job Requirements

Apprenticeship/secondary school education in a technical field

Internship in a position related to team management in a manufacturing company

At least at the basic level

Willingness to work in 2-shift operation

Management skills, natural authority of a leader

Awareness of the principles of KAIZEN, MUDA, QRQC an advantage

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and working with data

Technical and practical thinking, organizational skills
