Naval Air Systems Command SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in Point Mugu, California

Summary You will serve as an In-Line Supervisor in the Platform Sustainment and Engineering Branch (E528600) of the Aircraft and Spectrum Integration Environments (ASIE) Division of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU. Responsibilities You will provide technical oversight and management direction for processes and procedures for classified operations to include testing, training, planning, and execution for activities. You will collaborate with their NAWCWD counterparts in other Departments for the successful training and collaboration of branch personnel for project execution You will work with the EA-18G, CORE Jammer, and Airborne Electronic Attack Integrated Product Teams (IPT), Externally Directed Team, Enterprise Team, and other customer leadership in identifying, developing, and implementing plans and processes. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-9/12) or pay band (NM-03) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: 1). Utilizing experience/knowledge in support of the design, development, integration, and testing of avionics laboratory support systems and electronic attack systems; 2) Experience pertaining to security management support; 3) Preparing test plans and procedures and applying new developments to solve problems within a laboratory environment; 4) Leading and managing new and long-term operational and technical staff to deliver products; 5) Leading, managing, and executing projects, which includes cost estimation, project scoping, and developing schedules; 6) Developing and executing tactical and strategic plans.
