We are offering an exciting opportunity in the manufacturing industry at our location in Pomona, California. The role we are looking to fill is that of an Accounts Receivable Clerk. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of tasks including processing customer credit applications, maintaining customer records, and handling customer inquiries, among other duties. Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications

• Maintain detailed and updated customer credit records

• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Assist with inventory receiving tasks as needed

• Calculate customer rebate amounts accurately

• Contribute to month-end accounting procedures

• Serve as a backup for accounts receivable duties as directed

• Utilize various software such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for daily tasks

• Adhere to commercial collections and cash applications procedures.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry

• Demonstrated proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Solid experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) management

• Proven ability in Billing and Cash Applications

• Experience with Cash Collections and Commercial Collections

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required

• Familiarity with Oracle financial software

• Experience with QuickBooks is desirable

• Knowledge of SAP financial software is a plus
