Description We are in search of a Billing Clerk to become an integral part of our team in the manufacturing industry. The role is based in Pompano Beach, Florida, and involves handling customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. This position also requires monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate processing of customer credit applications in a timely manner

• Consistent maintenance of customer credit records to ensure up-to-date information

• Efficiently resolving customer inquiries to maintain customer satisfaction

• Regular monitoring of customer accounts to identify any issues or discrepancies

• Taking appropriate action on customer accounts based on monitoring results

• Utilizing Accounting Software Systems for efficient and accurate data entry

• Employing ADP - Financial Services for financial processing and management

• Using Computerized Billing for efficient and accurate billing processes

• Navigating EHR SYSTEM for electronic health record management

• Applying Epic Software for integrated health care management

• Utilizing About Time for effective time tracking and management

• Performing accounting functions to ensure financial accuracy and compliance

• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable for financial stability

• Answering inbound calls to address customer inquiries and concerns. Requirements • Proficiency with Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Demonstrated ability to manage Computerized Billing

• Familiarity with EHR SYSTEM

• Experience with Epic Software and About Time

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions

• Proficiency in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in Answering Inbound Calls

• Knowledge of the manufacturing industry

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• High level of accuracy and efficiency

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
