The Opportunity

Williams International has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Systems Analyst to join our team.  The Quality Systems Analyst supports the development and oversight of the WI Quality Management System as defined by Common Operating Procedures.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the development of new Quality related systems and maintenance of existing systems.
  • Supports the development, review and maintenance of company processes/procedures.
  • Responsible for conducting internal quality management system audits.
  • Support external audits and customer visits as required.
  • Provides training and mentoring on quality management system topics.
  • Supports special projects as defined by Quality Leadership.
  • Supports process improvement initiatives and failure investigations as required.
  • Support with root cause analysis and identification of robust corrective actions.
  • Assist in the reduction of elevated corrective actions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or comparable work experience in a quality related role.
  • 3 plus years of auditing experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Understanding of AS9100 or similar quality management system requirements (i.e., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.)
  • Certified Internal Auditor.
  • Has experience communicating audit findings that are both pleasant and difficult.
  • Organizational skills - detail oriented.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Demonstrates a quality first mindset.
  • Has the ability to put company requirements first in support of producing quality products.
  • Candidate must have evidence of strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to confidently host external Customers & Regulatory bodies (DCMA, FAA, 3^rd^ party Auditors, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) .
  • S. citizenship is required.
  • Position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance, if needed.  Candidates selected may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
