This role will support the Accounts Receivable team with the paperless billing initiative.

Responsibilities will include: • Monitoring an email account for new messages from customers • Update an online tracker with the emails received • Leverage multiple systems to obtain contact information for customers • Sort and track returned mail received in the office. Enter the information into an online tracker • Reprioritize work based on direction from the Accounts Receivable team • This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision. • Roles typically require a university degree or an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience. • Job requires an understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline. • The job requires the ability to make judgements based on practice and previous experience. • This role requires an intermediate level of Excel knowledge including pivot tables and Xlookups.
