Our beautiful student housing community inPortales, NMis looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Tech. The Maintenance tech performs diversified duties, including troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs, landscaping, and Turns, to ensure the pristine condition and functioning of the community's grounds, buildings, and equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform and ensure themaintenance and repairsof the grounds, buildings, and equipment, ensuring they are all in pristine condition, working order and appearance.

Respond to and resolve allwork ordersare responded to in a timely and willing manner, including after hours on call maintenance requests. Work orders can include, but are not limited to: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, painting, appliances, landscaping and cleaning.

Skills/Requirements:

Use of hand tools, and proficient knowledge and experience in plumbing, electric, HVAC, drywall, painting and appliance repair and maintenance.

Able and willing to climb 2 flights of stairs numerous times daily, and move/carry heavy objects, including furniture.

Strong organizational skills, and is able to prioritize and follow through on multiple projects simultaneously.

Flexible, adaptable and a team player.

Manifests enthusiastic self-motivation, and possesses a commitment to professional growth.

Be able to be on call for evenings and weekends if needed.
