Job Description

· Develop new reporting solutions to meet business requirements.

· Perform break-fix and enhancement activities on existing solutions.

· Conduct data validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address reporting needs.

· Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

· Document processes, solutions, and enhancements for future reference.

· Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Tableau and Salesforce reporting.

Skills and Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Proven experience in production support roles, specifically with Tableau and Salesforce.

· Strong understanding of data validation techniques and best practices.

· Proficiency in SQL and other data manipulation languages.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal · Experience with other reporting tools and platforms.

· Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or R.

· Familiarity with Agile methodologies. null
