General Laborer

Paying $20.00 / HR - $22.00 / HR

Location - SE Portland, OR

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water damage, fire damage.

• Evaluate and perform restoration activities including but not limited to, water extraction, fire damages, set-up of specialty equipment, and demolition.

• Must be comfortable working in cold areas of a project where heaters may be turned off due to no power.

• Use a company vehicle to get to and from job sites.

• Set up different kind of fans to help dry out areas and these fans can weight 50 lbs.

• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors.

• Use basic hand and power tools to remove items such as drywall, framing, some items such as toilets, furniture, or carpet depending on the damage.

• Perform restoration and cleanup tasks, including water extraction, drying and site clean-up.

Qualifications:

• Must be comfortable working around different kind of smells and odors.

• Able to lift 50+ lbs.

• Have a drivers license.

Environment/ Shift:

• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 50-55 HR WORK WEEKS DURING THE WEEK WHEN THEY ARE IN PEAK SEASON!

• Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm.
