Location: Hillsboro, OR

Salary: $83,200-$108,160/year

Schedule: Mon-Fri 0800-1600

The Site Safety & Field Training Specialist (SSFTS) is the principal training resource for a datacenter campus/metro and provides support for the Data Center EHS program to strengthen safety advocacy and assure environmental, health & safety compliance across the site to which they are assigned. They are responsible for the day to day Environmental, Health & Safety tasks, implementing new safety programs, assessing site related risks, and delivering training programs to security officers, supervisors and other site personnel.

Education/Experience:

  • 18 years of age or older

  • BS/BA in safety management or related field, or equivalent experience, or recognized accreditation

  • Experience in higher risk safety environments (Ex: construction, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals)

  • Subject Matter Expert on a variety of local, state, and regional safety regulations

  • Experience with ISO 45001 a plus

  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) a plus

  • Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, OneNote, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Smartsheets as well as SharePoint
