Office Assistant II
Apply your expertise to advance the mission and optimize our business strategy as a Office Assistant II at GDIT. Here, you’ll support solving some of our clients’ biggest challenges and help us grow the business.

HOW A OFFICE ASSISTANT II WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Performs a variety of general administrative and operational tasks in support of the day-to-day operations of our customer
● Coordinate with government, other contractors, and management to ensure mission success
● Collaboration includes email proficiency, professional verbal communication, navigating SharePoint, and using MS Teams
● Working at a government secure site
● Tracking logistics from quote, purchasing, receipt, and delivery to customer
● Using web-based software, CMPRO, to manage product lifecycle, inventory, product data, and more
● Promulgating and submitting data in weekly logistics reports
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: High School Diploma/GED
● Required Experience: 1+ years of related experience
● Required Technical Skills: Windows environment, MS Word, MS Excel
● Security Clearance Level: Secret
● Required Skills and Abilities: Communication, problem solving, and organizing
● Preferred Skills: CMPRO, SharePoint (user)
● Location: Customer Site with possible hybrid option
● US Citizenship Required

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $20.40 - $27.60. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
