Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Database Analyst in Poughkeepsie, New York. The role is within the IT industry, where you will be expected to provide detailed analysis, maintain impeccable records and resolve any queries that arise.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately processing and managing customer credit applications

• Sustaining precise customer credit records

• Monitoring customer accounts and implementing necessary actions

• Interpreting complex financial data and providing insightful actions

• Collaborating effectively with various teams to ensure smooth operations

• Utilizing financial management software and tools proficiently, including but not limited to Excel, SAP, PPM, PowerBI

• Employing strong organizational skills and attention to detail in all tasks

• Applying knowledge of project management methodologies and tools when required

• Conducting analysis, budgeting, and portfolio management tasks, specifically within an IT or PMO environment. Requirements • Proficiency in CRM and its applications

• Demonstrable understanding of Database Objects and Database Systems

• Expertise in using DB2 Database

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with AB Testing methodologies

• Familiarity with various Backup Technologies

• Strong understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) tools

• Ability to create and maintain dashboards
