Description We are offering an opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team located in Poughkeepsie, New York. As a Project Manager, you will be working within a dynamic team, providing program support and management, conducting outreach and education, and handling analytics and reporting. This role involves managing and communicating program variables, connecting with customers on a personal level, and navigating through data-heavy reports to help determine decisions and justify programming.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between teams, Implementation Contractor, and Department of Public Service to organize, manage, and communicate program variables.

• Provide independent work on program management and support.

• Attend webinars, seminars, and events to connect with customers on a personal level.

• Navigate through data-heavy reports to determine decisions and justify programming.

• Utilize tools such as SAP, Excel, and Power BI in daily tasks.

• Assist in regulatory and policy-related tasks.

• Ensure all workflows are deadline-driven, with the flexibility to work overtime periodically to meet deadlines. Requirements • Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a Project Management role

• Proven experience in Data Analysis is required

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential

• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Proficiency in using project management software and tools

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or a related field is preferred

• Professional Project Management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are desirable

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
