Description

We are in search of an organized, professional, and customer-focused Member Services Coordinator to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our members, responding to their inquiries, ensuring their needs are met, and providing an exceptional member experience. Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination and administration of membership benefits, service programs, enrollment processes, and other related services, ensuring the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Serve as a resource regarding departmental activities and operations for members, acting as a liaison between the department and other governmental entities that provide services to members.

  • Respond to inquiries or complaints from community members, internal departments, and external partners with a focus on providing clear, professional communication.

  • Draft and manage official correspondence, reports, and other paperwork; prepare outgoing mail and ensure proper filing of both physical and electronic departmental records.

  • Oversee the organization of the filing room in line with office standards, ensuring records are securely maintained and easy to access while adhering to confidentiality and retention policies.

  • Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resources and member service records, ensuring accuracy in details such as member and employee contact information, classification, eligibility groups, and timely data entry into databases.

  • Conduct periodic audits of human resources and membership files to ensure that all required documentation is collected, accurate, and appropriately filed.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or member relations in a similar role.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.

  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with diplomacy.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
