At KBR, we are seeking an experienced training facilitator to join our overseas training team in support of the Army’s Material Fielding & Training efforts at the Army Prepositioned Stock (APS-2) site in Powidz, Poland. Your contributions will be instrumental in achieving mission success by providing analytical expertise to projects involving training, tactical/operational documentation, military systems design, or other efforts requiring military operations expertise. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Be able to obtain the knowledge necessary to conduct Maintenance Training in both classroom and practical exercise environment on the following: LHS, LET, Camel, T9, MMPV, M-ATV, MTRCS, CK, AK, Buffalo, MK152, FRS, ARSS, Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicle (AMPV), M88 Recovery Vehicle, M139, and all their variants.

  • Perform troubleshooting and required repair on systems listed above.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma and 10 years of professional work experience is required.

  • Army wheeled and tracked vehicle maintenance experience (MOS 91B & 91H).

  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Experience leading a team(s) and monitoring both daily and long-term activities on a project is required. Has an above average knowledge and use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.

  • Written/Speaking Communication: The selected applicant shall write and speech clearly and informatively. The selected applicant may edit work for spelling and grammar and use various writing styles to meet customer needs. The selected applicant shall be comfortable speaking and presenting information and reports in both formal and informal meetings/briefings/classroom environments.

  • Applicant shall be physically capable of extended periods of standing, walking, and gaining access to, on and in a variety of military vehicles. Must be comfortable in working in outdoor locations in a variety of weather conditions.

  • Applicant must be a US Citizen and may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).

  • Valid passport.

  • Must be able to pass an overseas assignment physical.

  • Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, and bend continuously for up to 10 hours a day

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Successfully attended U.S. Army Basic Instructor School or equivalent.

  • Oversea travel experience is preferred.
