Your responsibilities:- Planning, organising and supervising production processes, including supervision of quality and timeliness of production- Monitoring and maintaining factory-accepted production indicators (KPIs) at an agreed level- Participating in the implementation of new technologies and products, as well as working with factory management to reduce factory-wide waste- Communicating and collaborating effectively with other departments, including logistics, planning and quality, to achieve common goals- Organising the work and development of the subordinate team- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards at production sites and building a safety culture

Our requirements:- University degree in production management and related majors- Experience min. 3 years of experience in managing a production team - Practical knowledge of Lean Management methodologies and tools- Good knowledge of MS Office tools- Knowledge of English at min. B2- Quick reaction and resolution of problems as they arise- Knowledge of quality and safety norms and standards- Ability to manage a team and be communicative- Efficient work organisation and decision-making skills
