Our multicultural Payroll team is seeking a Sr. EMEA Payroll Business Care Partner to join our team. Sounds like an exciting opportunity to make a real impact! As a Payroll Care Partner, you'll play a crucial role in moving the company forward. This role involves running and participating in challenging projects as a partner to stakeholders in HR and other business lines. You'll leverage your project management skills to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time, and you'll provide recommendations based on your deep knowledge and experience.

Key job responsibilities

• You’re a quick thinker: you’ll be able to handle complex priorities while providing level-headed guidance, even during unexpected events,

• You’ll build relationships by being close to your partners, capture their voice, and keep them informed of the performance metrics and innovations the EMEA Payroll organization is developing,

• You’ll lead the development of all partner facing metrics, alongside all reporting models,

• You’ll define and promote business improvements, while recommending efficiencies,

• Via root cause analysis, you’ll leverage extensive payroll/business data to uncover any underlying process- related issues,

• You’ll assist the EMEA Sr. Payroll Leaders as you create meaningful reports, to make quicker and better decisions, define goals, to mitigate risk and fraud, to deliver relevant services to our internal customers/stakeholders, and to personalize the employee experience,

• You’ll use the results to influence teams across business units to ensure that best practices are followed and implemented and you’ll influence other leaders to build a culture of balances and checks within the Payroll Operations Team to maintain an efficient and effective audit process,

• You’ll lead efforts to identify opportunities, and to evaluate/redesign Payroll processes to align with the company’s rapid grown and commitment to quality

• You’ll lead delivery of EMEA Payroll long term vision goals, partnering with other payroll support functions, upstream and downstream partners, and tech teams.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in leading projects (preferable PMP or Prince2 certified)

• Experience in program management

• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

• Experience leading process improvements

• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

• Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work by objectives without guidance

• Strong analytical and statistical skills

• Strong data wrangling skills

• Proficient in obtaining, organizing, and analyzing data to make fact-based decisions and drive root cause analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business administration

Preferred Qualifications

• English required and additional EU language is an advantage

• Experience with EMEA payroll and payroll software

• Advanced MS Office knowledge and experience with analysis of large data (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

• Master’s degree in Finance or Business administration and/or relevant experience in the field
