• Data-Driven Insights: Draft reports to assist decision-makers in choosing the right tools.

• Quality and Productivity Focus: Specialize in quality and productivity, demonstrating a dedication to excellence.

• Process Optimization Experience: Proven experience in process optimization and continuous improvement.

• Lean Methodologies: Proficiency in utilizing Lean tools and methodologies to identify improvement opportunities.

• Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data sets.

• Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.

• Change Management: Proven ability to drive change and achieve results in dynamic environments

Qualifications:

• Process Mapping and Modelling: Expertise in process mapping and modelling using tools such as Signavio and Visio.

• Quality Improvement Tools: Proficient in quality improvement methodologies and tools.

• Business Analysis: Strong capabilities in business analysis to understand and optimize processes.

• Change Management: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing change initiatives.

• Lean Management: In-depth knowledge of Lean Management practices such as 5S, Lean Six Sigma (LSS), and Kaizen.

• Industrial Engineering: Background in industrial engineering, emphasizing efficiency and process improvements.

• Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects effectively, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

• Statistical Analysis: Skilled in statistical analysis and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Continuous Improvement: A strong commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
