The Project and Transformation Coordinator (m/f/d) develops holistic concepts and solutions of very high complexity as a basis for the service delivery of GBS H2R GMM and ensures their implementation.

The role includes independent and cross-functional design of solutions, planning and monitoring of implementation, and the support of the transition into regular operations. The Project and Transformation Coordinator is in constant communication with stakeholders and may also assume the role of project or workstream- manager for transformation projects relevant to GBS H2R GMM.

You organize collaboration within GMM, as well as with H2R/GBS.

You understand the stakeholders’ agenda, their needs and issues and so are in a position to create value for all concerned.

You have an excellent knowledge of all aspects of GMM and together with the GMM R&AM Regional Managers and Delivery Centres you ensure well-oiled operations and a customer centric handling of their mobility needs.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

· Solution Design:

  • Proactive analysis of issues and opportunities that arise within global mobility processes and analysis of complex requirements therein

  • Development and evaluation of solution proposals from a customer, process, IT and time perspective

  • Moderation and management of stakeholder meetings

  • Development of recommendations considering the strategic aspects of GBS, GBS H2R and GBS H2R GMM

  • Making decisions on the further course of action

  • Definition of technical requirements as input for IT concepts

· Implementation:

  • Implementation planning using project principles

  • Coordination and support of internal knowledge mgmt. regarding new processes and solutions, including documentation and communication

  • Handover of the solution to regular operations after stabilization (responsible process team, Product Owner, etc.)

Work Experience:

  • You have more than 5 years of professional experience in Siemens GMM or extensive exposure to Global Mobility in other companies or a solid background in International Human Resources, HR Shared Services or another consulting business

  • Extensive professional experience in process management. Practical experience in change management, project management and transformations is required. Solid knowledge of project management methodology is helpful.

  • You have a high level of intercultural sensitivity to enable engagement with the global stakeholders.

  • You are fluent in written and spoken English.
