As External Manufacturing Supply Chain Project Coordinator VIE in our Planning team you’ll support in redesigning Key Performance Indicators for Supply Chain. You will have an oversight and/or coordinate key ongoing projects for Supply Chain while supporting the team with implementation of strategic projects.

Main responsibilities:

• Support in redesigning KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for Supply Chain EM&S (External Manufacturing System) GenMed Europe.

• Oversight and/or coordinate key ongoing projects for Supply Chain.

• Participate and Lead digital initiatives.

• Support the team with Supply Chain topics.

• Support implementation of strategic projects (Alma).

About you

Experience :

• 1+ year Supply Chain experience or in a similar role.

Soft and Technical skills:

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

• Excellent analytical skills.

• Ability to operate in a cross-cultural and complex matrix environment.

• Proactive, solution-focused, self-confident, and knowing how to prioritize.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office – mainly Excel.

• Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.

Education :

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Internation Business, Purchasing or in a similar field.

Languages :

• Professional working proficiency in English.
