Front Desk Receptionist\ Presque Isle, ME PT/Evenings Temp-to-Hire Opportunity\ \ Job Description:\ \ Excellent opening for a Front Desk Receptionist to work for a locally owned business in Presque Isle. Flexible part-time schedule with hours available from 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM, Sunday through Saturday. Previous experience helpful, but not required. \$15.00-\$16.00/hr.\ \ The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for updating reservations, processing payments, responding to customer requests for assistance and/or information, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Applicants must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.\ \ Responsibilities:\

• Welcome visitors and assist guests at the check-in counter.
• Answer incoming calls, take messages, and respond to requests for assistance and information.
• Process requests for room reservations.
• Complete administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying.
• Provide concierge services and information about local amenities and attractions.
• Prepare invoices for guests at check-out and ensure that payments are processed correctly.

\ Job Requirements:\

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• At least 1-2 years of professional customer service experience. Prior experience in hospitality industry strongly valued.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
