Description Our client is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Staff Accountant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a entry level or early-career detail oriented to develop their skills in accounting while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative workplace. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process journal entries to ensure accuracy in financial records. Reconcile bank statements and other accounts to maintain up-to-date financial data. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. Perform accounts payable and receivable tasks, including invoice processing and payment tracking. Support the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Maintain and organize accounting documentation in compliance with company policies. Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and information. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
