Description We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team located in Princeton, New Jersey. In this role, you will be expected to exhibit strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and conflict management skills. You will be a part of a fast-paced environment, where multitasking and problem-solving are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of employee relations

• Utilize Paylocity for various HR functions

• Conduct full cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires

• Handle conflict resolution and negotiate as necessary

• Adapt and respond quickly to changes within the organization. Requirements • Proficiency in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle and resolve workplace conflicts

• Familiarity with Paylocity, to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency

• Experience in Full Cycle Recruiting, from sourcing to hiring, for different roles and levels

• Knowledge of Onboarding processes, to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organization TalentMatch®
